People have all been to this scenario for at least one point in their lives – when they stuff themselves with holiday dinner only to find out that there is more food to sample! Researchers have proven that, on an average, participants gain 1.05 pounds or more during the holiday season (more specifically during Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day).
