The transfer window is coming to an end
During the transfer window there is always an exciting feel around the footballing world with it being the time your team can sign some great players or get rid of the deadwood at your clubs. A lot of people love to place bets on certain players to leave or join a new club the same goes with managers to be hired or sacked, you can have a look at some sites here where a lot of people will visit to place wagers on certain markets. Now that the transfer window is coming to an end there is always a great day when it comes to transfer deadline day, this is the last day of the transfer window where clubs will be making last ditch attempts to sign players. You see some crazy figures flying around on deadline day with clubs making panic buys, they always offer over the top for players due to it being the last day and they have not made the correct changes to their squads during the transfer window. Deadline day is a great day for all football fans with a lot of them tuning into sky sports to see what deals and rumours are flying around. The transfer window is only open twice a year, so clubs must do their business quick as it does take a while to get medicals and paperwork sorted, therefore deadline day creates such a buzz as everything is rushed to get done as quickly as possible.
No one knows what will happen on deadline day as some deals just come out of nowhere with no previous rumours or any chat about them. Over the past few seasons there have been some wild deadline day deals like when Torres joined Chelsea for £50 million from Liverpool, this was seen as a panic buy by many other clubs who also then went on to make last minute signings after seeing rivals making last minute deals happen. Near enough each time there is a transfer window, records are broken for example this window Grealish joined Man City for £100 million setting a new English transfer record fee, this has also been followed by Chelsea signing Lukaku from Inter for £97 million pounds. This is a prime example of the pulling power that Premier League clubs have with being able to attract the best players to come play in the league. We all wonder if this deadline day will be as crazy as previous ones.
